Number line ratio GMAT Quant problem

 A Straight Line is formed using two points A(3,3) and B(6,6). Another point P(x,y) lies between A and B such that AP/BP = 10. The coordinates of P are ____ ?

(A) (5, 5)
(B) ( 6 1/11,6 1/11)
(C) (6 3/11, 6 3/11)
(D) (3 6/11, 3 6/11)
(E) (5 8/11, 5 8/11)

The line in the prompt is basically an angle bisector of the x-axis in the 1st quadrant.

P point divides AB in 10:1. That means there’s a total of 11 (10 parts and 1 part) for the ratio.

P lies at 10 distance away if AB and has 11 total parts.

AP = (6–3) *10/11 =30/11.
A is at 3 initially, so P will be at 30/11 + 3 = (30+33)/11 = 6 3/11

So the coordinates are (6 3/11, 6 3/11)
